This site is operated by Davide Semprini, an Italian individual and initiator of the LA Venice project, currently in the process of incorporating a limited liability company (LA Venice S.r.l.). This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you use la-venice.com. Processing is performed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

Data is protected via HTTPS encryption in transit, hosting security controls by Netlify (SOC 2 Type II), and access limited to authorized personnel of the LA Venice project.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, is performed.

11. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated. Substantial changes will be highlighted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Upon incorporation of LA Venice S.r.l., the Data Controller identity will be updated accordingly and users notified.

Note on upcoming corporate structuring. The LA Venice project is currently operated in a personal capacity by Davide Semprini pending incorporation of LA Venice S.r.l. (planned within Q3 2026). Upon incorporation, Data Controller responsibilities will transfer to the newly formed company and this Policy will be updated. Existing contacts will be informed.
