We don't sell beauty alone. We deliver Italian design through an industrial process designed to control risk before production, during shipping, and on the U.S. jobsite. N° 03 · VISION

Project Management — Italy / United States

From Italy: design, product scouting, quality control, export shipping. On your jobsite: last-mile delivery into the unit, installation engineering, site and installation management, punch list. The installation is performed by a licensed installer appointed by the Client, to a sequence we build and supervise ourselves.

Our team has run Turnkey Contracts before, in previous executive roles: over fifty projects a year. The largest in the U.S.: 735 multifamily units, 60+ containers, twelve months on site, punch list closed under 2% of contract value. That experience goes into the product and the sequence before anything reaches the site.

Next step: our U.S. entity with a contractor licence. From there, installation turnkey as well.

Where We Work

Markets Evaluated Project by Project.

New York, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, San Francisco and Venice Beach are the target markets where LA Venice evaluates selected projects on scope, timing, local partners and operational feasibility.

Outside the United States we work by invitation. Our team has delivered projects in Europe, the Principality of Monaco, the UAE, South Korea, Canada and Central and South America. If your project is elsewhere, tell us where — we will say honestly whether we are the right partner.
