Projects executed by members of the LA Venice leadership team in their previous roles at partner brands (Aran Cucine, Arblu, Brugnotto, and others), with the express or implied authorization of such brands.

Where a project is executed under a partner brand, this is disclosed via the "Leadership Team Experience" badge or equivalent notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on la-venice.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, layout, trade name "LA Venice", logo, images, videos — is protected under Italian and international copyright law (Law 633/1941 as amended and EU Directive 2019/790).

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited. Fair use for editorial or academic purposes is permitted with proper attribution.

Partner brand names, trademarks, and product references appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Users, prospects, and third parties who become aware — through this site or subsequent communications — of the identity of the manufacturing partners, artisans, or suppliers involved in LA Venice project execution agree not to circumvent LA Venice by contacting or contracting directly with such partners for the same project scope, for a period of 24 months from disclosure. Breach entitles LA Venice to compensation for lost margin and reputational harm.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pordenone, Italy, save for mandatory rules of jurisdiction protecting consumers under EU law.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version, identified by the "Last updated" date at the top, is the binding one. Continued use of the site after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance.
