LA Venice partners with Italian artisan millwork shops that have retained the ability to engineer and industrialize custom products with strong Value Engineering and high production capacity. We then handle quality control, specification compliance, packing and labelling through to delivery on site — keeping the delivery promise. Installation is carried out by licensed local installers appointed by the Client, on a sequence we plan with them and supervise as the manufacturer's representative.

We then manage quality control, specification compliance, packing and labelling through to delivery on site — keeping the delivery promise. Installation is carried out by licensed local installers appointed by the Client, on a sequence we plan with them and supervise as the manufacturer's representative.

Today, we handle interior design, furniture design, product scouting, quality control and export shipping directly from Italy — and we manage the programme on your jobsite: last-mile handling, site management, installation management and punch list. The installation itself is performed by a licensed local installer under the Client's contract.
The full turnkey model, with our own U.S. entity and a permanent operational presence in the United States, is part of Phase 2 of our development.

Everyone in this market uses the word. Few write down what it covers. We evaluate each project on scope, location, installation requirements, licensed partner availability, schedule and risk profile — then we put the scope in writing, at bid stage, on one of four levels.
Level 1 — Supply only. Product, compliance, quality control, EXW or FOB.
Level 2 — Supply + logistics to site. Plus freight, customs, staging and last-mile delivery into the unit, labelled by floor and room.
Level 3 — Supply + jobsite management. Plus installation engineering, site management, installation management and punch list. Your licensed installer performs the installation under your contract. This is our standard U.S. scope today.
Level 4 — Turnkey. Installation under our own contract. Available today wherever no contractor licence applies — our European and international projects, and much of the United States. In licence states such as California, from Phase 2, through our U.S. entity.
